Once you have submitted the grant inquiry form, we review your project, assess the alignment with our agency mission, and schedule a consultation to discuss how we can best work together. Price quotes on our services will follow.
If your project isn’t grant ready, we offer a number of services to get you ready or provide a written step by step plan so you can take the next steps on your own.
Program Development
Every project is unique, has its own needs and requires different variables. When we enter this phase, we participate as a group to get crystal clear on your vision, interview players, and organizational roles, form relationship, outline timelines, develop a plan of action and create written agreements.
We seek to pool our organizational resources and design a plan that suits your goals and your budget. We will venture outside the box while negotiating agreements opening up the world of unlimited possibilities. Scheduled conference calls or in-person meetings are crucial during this time.
Presentation
Here we perfect the essentials of your overall vision. We will help make your project come alive with inspiration and pop with clarity while incorporating essential aspects regarding the impact of your project that funders use during their evaluation. Some of the services offered in this phase are the development and marketing of Landing Pages, Donation Pages, Videos, and Powerpoint Presentations – all to highlight your presentation in a creative, professional and versatile way.
Research
With access to two international databases and an extensive global network, our team works to find the most suitable foundations, philanthropists, grantors and corporate sponsorships matched to your endeavor. And, because of our expanding network, we will call in suitable partners, collaborators and potential investors to support your cause.
Grant Writing
Once we establish appropriate matches between the mission and activities of your nonprofit organization and the philanthropic mission and funding interests of various grantors, we begin the writing process. This process can take anywhere from 1 to 3 months depending on the number of grants chosen. After submission, it takes approximately 1 to 6 months for results depending upon the Grantors timeline.
Project Management
You have enough on your plate already. New Earth Grant Services can take many of the administrative and fundraising tasks off your plate, so you are free to work your magic, while we work ours. These exclusive agreements are made on a case by case basis and allow for our entire management team to get involved with your project on multiple levels including but not confined to fiscal sponsorship, fundraising events, acting as a point of contact for your ground crew, budgeting, risk management and impact design.
